Refund Eligibility

  1. You must have purchased the service from CloudsPie Limited within the past 7 days.

  2. The service must not have been initiated or partially completed.

  3. You must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation number.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchasing the service. You can do this by submitting a request through our website or contacting our customer support team.

Once we have received your request, we will review it and process the refund promptly. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

No Refunds for Monthly Subscription Fees

Monthly subscription fees for Forex Signal Services are non-refundable. This is because the service is ongoing and provides continuous access to valuable market insights and trading signals.

Exceptions

There are no other exceptions to our general refund policy.

Security Hold Period

All refund requests are subject to manual review and approval and are subject to a 90-day security hold period. This is to ensure that no fraudulent or unauthorized refund requests are processed.
